From August 17th to 19th, the First Division of the International Education Institute held a new semester meeting of all teachers in Room 910 of the International Building. The content of the conference included introduction of the college's development history and school-running goals (features), teaching management system and norms, teacher career development planning, teaching methods and skills discussion, etc.

On the afternoon of the 17th, Vice Dean Zeng Chunlong explained to the teachers the development history, school philosophy, and characteristics of the college. He proposed that teachers should strengthen social practice to accumulate experience, focus on improving the ability of information transmission, find the correct positioning, and focus on improving their own capabilities. ; Director Shu Jie of the Teaching Comprehensive Office introduced the department's job functions and personnel division, and the basic operating procedures and norms of teaching work. The teaching tasks and requirements of this semester are sorted out, and the initial conception of the 'Ten One Project' training plan for teachers is put forward.

On the morning of the 18th, the conference invited Associate Professor Tan Hongyi to give a special lecture on 'How to Have a Good Class'. Professor Tan shared many classic teaching cases and put forward suggestions for teachers on how to improve their teaching skills and master basic teaching methods. Later, Mr. Li Leilei from the project office explained the school-enterprise cooperation and study abroad projects, and shared experience exchanges such as how to do well in courseware.

On the afternoon of the 18th, Professor Yi Luxia was invited to give a lecture on 'Practicing the Five Entries and Improving Oneself'. Professor Yi gave an explanation on how to apply for scientific research, appraisal of professional titles and professional development of teachers, and shared many years of scientific research work. His experience and experience, put forward the idea of finding the right research direction in scientific research, focusing on teamwork, and not considering personal gains and losses.

On the morning of the 19th, Mr. Huang Haining, Mr. Zhou Jiawen, and Mr. Liu Kangxi respectively gave three themed reports of 'Parallel Classroom Teaching Seminar', 'Lesson Preparing and Listening', 'Promoting Learning by Competition, and Promoting Teaching by Competition'. Teachers share each other's teaching experience and methods. Finally, Dean Wang Rihua and Executive Vice President Chen Wu are invited to make concluding remarks. Dean Wang welcomes the new teachers who have joined the big family of the International Education Institute, and hopes that everyone can adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, adapt to the new school-running mechanism and model, and realize their self-worth on the big platform of the International Education Institute.
