About the University
Jiaquan University is a four-year comprehensive research university founded in 1939 in South Korea, located in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province, in the Seoul Circle. It has 14 secondary colleges and 7 graduate schools, currently offering 58 undergraduate programs, more than 90 master's degree programs, more than 20,000 students, and more than 400 full-time professors.
Jiaquan University has established friendly partnerships with 34 universities in China, including Tsinghua University, Jilin University, Shandong University and Shanghai Donghua University, for academic, faculty and student exchanges. Each year, more than 1,100 students participate in a variety of international exchange programmes to learn the language and experience the local culture.
We had a number of joint programmes with Jiaquan University, including 2+2 undergraduate, 3+2 post-secondary and doctoral programmes, and invite students who wish to study in Korea to apply. Please refer to Annexes 1 and 2 for details of the seminar and how to participate.
