Li Sidong, Professor II, PhD, Master's degree supervisor, post-doctoral supervisor, an expert with outstanding contribution who enjoys special allowance from the State Council Government, an expert in the evaluation of National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and National Science and Technology Achievement Award, and a reviewer of many international professional journals.

Li Sidong mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in applied chemistry and food science, presiding over and in charge of three National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and six provincial and ministerial level science and technology projects, and has been granted more than 80 national patents, one US invention patent, seven provincial science and technology awards, and has published more than 400 academic papers at home and abroad, including more than 100 SCI-indexed papers. The research in biomaterials has reached international advanced level.
