We build a platform with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Economic and Trade Promotion Association to explore high-quality educational and teaching resources, and offer the most advanced professional courses and practical courses that closely meet market needs. Graduates can apply for employment or entrepreneurship in Macao.
Educational Goal
This major is designed to cultivate international economic and trade applied talents who are in line with international standards, have comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, and artistic, have an international vision, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, have strong practical skills, and have comprehensive development of moral, intellectual, physical, and artistic. Students should systematically master the basic theories, basic knowledge and methods of economics and international economics and trade, understand and grasp the operating mechanisms and development laws of domestic and foreign economic and trade, be familiar with domestic and foreign economic and trade rules and practices, and be proficient in a foreign language and modern Information technology, with good communication and coordination skills, capable of organizing and managing international economic and trade activities, and capable of international market development, import and export business operations, and cross-border e-commerce operations management.
Features
1. The faculty of 1/3 professional courses and practical courses are composed of local professors, industry scholars, and corporate executives in Macao.
2. Provide six trips to Macao to participate in professional-related internship projects and participate in professional courses customized by local universities.
3. After graduation, students can go to Macao to study for a master's degree, recommend to Macao for employment, use Macao's local resources and the platform of a pan-Portuguese speaking country to start their own business.
4. The business platform of the Greater Bay Area is jointly operated by Macau local enterprises, teachers and students.

Further studies and career development
Graduates of this program can apply for a master's degree program at a university in Macao to continue their studies, or choose to work in or outside of China. Engaged in foreign trade management work in the government's foreign trade economic management department; engaged in foreign trade business and international market development work in large foreign trade companies, and cross-border e-commerce work. Also be able to apply for employment or entrepreneurship in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
