Established in September 2016, the first department of the College of International Education now offers eight undergraduate programmes: marketing, logistics management, e-commerce, accounting, business administration, software engineering, data science and big data technology, and food quality and safety; and six specialist programmes: accounting, business enterprise management, business English, computer network technology, e-commerce, and financial management.
The Department has an advanced education philosophy, introduces high-quality educational resources, implements international teaching standards and is committed to cultivating outstanding international talents. We have established in-depth cooperation with more than 20 outstanding universities in the UK, Australia, the US, Germany and Canada, and now offer "2+2" credit recognition joint training international classes, 3+1+1 master's degree programme, and specialised orientation classes; at the same time, we have cooperated with Alibaba, Jingdong, 360, Gordon, Danai and At the same time, we cooperate with enterprises such as Alibaba, Jingdong, 360, Gaoteng, Danai and Testing Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences to conduct joint orientation training for students.
There are 41 full-time teachers in the department, including 5 teachers with senior titles or 2 teachers with doctoral degrees, 11 teachers with intermediate titles or 36 teachers with master's degrees, and 12 teachers with overseas study experience. There are also 3 administrative and teaching support staff.
The total number of students in the department is 1002. Nine students have been awarded national inspirational scholarships and 43 students have been awarded national scholarships.
