刘明辉，副教授，2001年毕业于荷兰马斯特理赫斯特大学工商企业管理专业获得硕士学位 ，2006年毕业于北京交通大学运输与物流专业获得被授予博士学位。拥有7 年高等院校教学经验，5 年硕士研究生论文指导，9 年企业运营及管理经验（可结合企业实际案例授课），先后在安博（美国）管理有限公司、中国综合开发研究院、澳门科技大学任职。
